Dream about Water?

I had a dream last night that i sense is significant.  I thought I would post it here especially in light of the warning about March 11th.

I dreamed i was in a marina very much Like Marina Del Rey, California.  It certainly had a California West Coast type feel to it's location.    There was a warning issued about drinking or bathing, or swimming in the water.  Colors were to be displayed in certain publicly visible areas. Depending on the color issued people would know whether it was safe to swim, drink, or bathe in the water.

I remember that whatever the problem was, it was not visible and it's effects could not be immediately seen.  It was dangerous nevertheless.
