The Christian Yoga Deception

The Christian Yoga Deception: Uncovering the Hidden Dangers Welcome back to Coffee with Conrad! I'm your host, Conrad from ConradRocks.Net . My heart burns with a passion for you to have a deep, spiritual relationship with the biblical Jesus, the God of the Bible. The God who declared, "Thou shalt have no other gods before me" (Exodus 20:3, KJV), and who warned us against worshipping Him according to the ways of the heathen, saying, "Learn not the way of the heathen..." (Jeremiah 10:2, KJV). It grieves me to see how easily we, as believers, can be led astray, sometimes even with good intentions. Today, we're diving into a topic that has become increasingly prevalent in modern church culture: Christian yoga. Is it really okay for Christians to practice yoga? Let's explore the hidden dangers lurking beneath what often seems like a harmless form of exercise. My Journey and a Word of Warning For those who are new to my podcast, my background is probably a b...

Christ the Healer - Book Review

Image
I remember sitting in a hospital room, the air heavy with that clinical, sterile scent and the quiet murmurs of a family saying their final goodbyes. Unbelievers filled the space, and the atmosphere was thick with the finality of death. As I stood there, I heard it—not an audible voice, but a command in the spirit so clear and so heavy that I knew disobedience wasn't an option: "Go pray for her." I didn't have a theological degree in healing. I didn't even know what to say. I felt completely out of my element, like a kid trying to fix a jet engine with a plastic screwdriver. I just walked over, laid hands on her, and prayed something—I don't even remember the words. There were no bells, no whistles, and no visible angels singing. We all just went home, expecting the inevitable phone call from the morgue. But the next morning, the phone rang with a different message: she was being released. She had totally recovered. When I went back into that room, she grabbe...

Charles Templeton - From Evangelist to Agnostic

Image
A viewer sent me an article about Charles Templeton an Evangelist that became agnostic. Here is my Response. This video was done as a response to a post about David Gass David Gass was a 40-year-old Christian and 20-year pastor at the time he became an atheist. His Twitter account blew up and it made big waves in the Christian community. A friend of mine sent me a similar post about Charles Templeton. Pastors falling away from the faith is not a new thing. Here's a short excerpt from the article about David Gass. “ Dave Gass, a former megachurch pastor who most recently led Grace Family Fellowship in Pleasant Hill, Missouri, has renounced his Christian faith as a system rife with abuse that caused him “mental and emotional breaks. ” A representative from his former church, however, has accused him of being an unrepentant adulterer.” This begs the question. Did David Gass fall away from the faith, or was he running away because of an adulterous relationship?  In any event, this...

Proactive Spiritual Warfare

Image
I want to talk to you about something that happened to me just last night, something that caught me completely off guard. You know, I’ve been walking with the Lord for a long time. I’ve written books like OPEN YOUR EYES: MY SUPERNATURAL JOURNEY where I share the gritty details of my past demonic encounters and how Jesus delivered me. Because of that history, I sometimes fall into the trap of thinking I’ve "arrived." I think I’ve reached a level of spiritual maturity where the enemy wouldn't dare try the old tricks anymore. But let me tell you, spiritual warfare doesn't care about your past trophies. Last night, I was plunged into a nightmare that felt like a throwback to my early days of deliverance. In the dream, I was with my wife and our cat, Boaz, just going about life, when this massive, dark presence manifested. This wasn't some low-level imp. This was one of those heavy hitters—the kind that makes the air feel thick and your voice feel like it's trapp...

Deliverance from the Highway to Hell: How Jesus Broke the Chains of Meth and Alcohol -Denise Richard Testimony

Image
Have you ever felt like you were feeding a monster that you knew would eventually rule you? We’ve all been there in some way—trapped in a cycle of people-pleasing, numbing our pain, or chasing a "high" that never quite satisfies. Maybe for you, it’s not a needle or a bottle. Maybe it’s the approval of others, or a deep-seated fear that keeps you paralyzed. But the weight is the same. It’s a ball and chain that drags you further away from the life God intended for you. I recently sat down for a cup of coffee—spiritually speaking—with my friend Denise Richard. Her story is one of the most raw, gut-wrenching, and ultimately glorious testimonies I’ve ever heard. She spent decades on what she calls the "highway to hell," a path paved with abusive marriages, crystal meth addiction, and the kind of heartbreak that would leave most people shattered beyond repair. She lived with aluminum foil on her windows and a hit out on her life, yet today she is a "star-catcher...

The Great Falling Away? Or the Great Charade?

Image
Greetings everyone, it is Conrad from ConradRocks.net . If you have followed me for any length of time, you know that my heartbeat—the very thing that keeps me up at night and gets me out of bed in the morning—is for you to have a genuine, spiritual relationship with the biblical Jesus. Not a religious tradition, not a social club membership, but a living, breathing connection with the Creator of the universe. Lately, I have been looking at some statistics that are, frankly, heartbreaking. Thousands of people are walking away from the church every single week. Some reports suggest that over a million people a year are calling it quits on the "building." They are walking out the doors and never looking back. They are disillusioned, they are disenchanted, and they are tired of the monologue. They go to a building once a week, sit in a cushioned pew, listen to one person talk for thirty minutes, and they are told that this is the sum total of Christianity. But here is the pain...

Pastor Leaves Christianity after 40 years!

Image
I remember standing on the Biloxi pier, the salt air thick and the sound of the waves crashing against the pilings. I was there with a friend named Doug. There was a lady there named Mary. She was hurting, and the Lord highlighted her to us —and told us to pray for her. Now, I didn't necessarily want to do it. There were people all around, and you know how that carnal mind starts to talk to you, telling you that you’re going to look foolish. But Doug and I prayed for her right then and there. God touched her. He healed her radically, and that testimony is still on my Instagram timeline for anyone to see. The reason I’m telling you this is that I recently came across a story that just broke my heart, though it didn’t necessarily surprise me. A man named Dave Gass, a guy who was in the faith for 40 years and served as an evangelical pastor for 20 of those years, recently dropped a massive bomb on social media. He announced that he is no longer a Christian. He’s walking away from it ...
